29-Year-Old YouTuber Found Dead on Dirt Road, Showing Signs of Torture

Popular Mexican YouTuber Miguel Vivanco, widely recognized as “El Jasper,” has been found dead under disturbing circumstances, days after he was reported missing.

The 29-year-old’s body was discovered by family members on a dirt road in Culiacán, Sinaloa, on the morning of November 23.

Evidence at the scene indicated signs of severe torture.

Vivanco’s eyes had been covered with green tape, his hands were bound with handcuffs, and his body was wrapped in a sheet.

Multiple gunshot wounds, believed to have caused his death, were also evident.

According to relatives, armed men forcibly entered Miguel’s home in the Quilá area of Sinaloa days before his body was found, abducting him.

Originally from Culiacán, Vivanco rose to prominence in Sinaloa for his humorous YouTube and TikTok videos, which offered glimpses into his life.

He was also known for his friendship with fellow influencer Marcos Eduardo Castro, popularly called Markitos Toys.

Both influencers have previously been linked to the criminal organization “Los Chapitos.”

In late September, Miguel was added to the U.S.

Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions list under its illicit drugs program.

Despite this, details surrounding his murder remain unclear, and authorities have yet to confirm who was responsible.

An investigation into the killing is underway.

The news has sent shockwaves through Miguel’s community, including close friend and fellow content creator Cristo Rich, who posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.

His emotional message read: “Brother, I will love you all my life with all my heart. You took a part of me with you. I know we will see each other again, brother.

I hope we will always be together like we always were—just us.”

“You were the best brother I could have had, of that there is no doubt.

Always helping me.

You were a very special person to me.

No one can ever replace you.

I will love you all my life, brother, and I will miss you like you have no idea.

Only you and I know, brother,” Cristo wrote, capturing the deep sense of loss felt by those close to Miguel.

As the investigation continues, questions linger over the motivations and individuals behind this brutal act, leaving fans and loved ones grappling with his tragic and untimely death.
