London cortisone clinic opens new location near Harley Street
The London Cortisone Injection Clinic, Insight MSK, has announced the opening of a new clinic in Central London, marking a significant expansion for the practice. The new facility, located on New Cavendish Road, is just minutes away from Harley Street, an area renowned for its medical expertise. This move will enable the clinic to serve a wider range of patients in the capital, offering convenient access to advanced treatments for musculoskeletal conditions.
Having operated successfully in Brixton, South London, since 2007, Insight MSK initially provided its services from the Pavilion Pharmacy before relocating to the Body Alliance Pilates studio on Atlantic Road earlier this year. The latest move to New Cavendish Road signifies a step forward for the clinic, which continues to build on its reputation for providing high-quality, ultrasound-guided cortisone injections.
Clinic owner and lead practitioner, Maxence Legout, brings over 15 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. He has worked extensively across Europe, including in France, Belgium, and Switzerland, and is well-known in both private practice and the NHS, where he performs over 2,000 ultrasound-guided injections each year.
“We are thrilled to expand our clinic locations,” said Mr Legout. “The additional Central London site will allow us to offer our services to more people, ensuring they receive the care and pain relief they desperately need.”
The London Cortisone Injection Clinic offers a variety of treatments, including diagnostic ultrasound, cortisone injections, hyaluronic acid injections, Arthrosamid, hydrodistension, and dry needling. Patients can also benefit from home visits, providing more flexibility for those who may find it difficult to travel to the clinic.
Cortisone injections are widely used to relieve pain and improve the movement of joints that have been severely impacted by injury or disease. While the injections do not provide direct therapeutic healing, they offer crucial relief from pain, allowing patients to participate in physiotherapy or exercise programmes aimed at long-term recovery. This period of pain relief can help set the body on a path to healing, particularly for conditions such as arthritis, bursitis, and tendonitis.
The new location at The French Pharmacy is expected to attract a larger client base, particularly given its proximity to Harley Street, home to many of London’s leading medical practitioners. The clinic’s expansion is seen as a positive development for those in need of specialist cortisone treatments, particularly as access to musculoskeletal services can be limited in some parts of the city.
Insight MSK remains committed to offering evidence-based treatments that help patients regain mobility and manage pain effectively. By opening a second location, the clinic is poised to help even more individuals achieve their recovery goals.
