A man’s frustration over a denied refund took a dramatic turn when he drove his newly purchased car straight through the front of a Utah car dealership, leaving staff and customers in shock.
Captured on video by someone inside the dealership, the man is seen accelerating through the glass doors of Tim Dahle Mazda Southtowne in Sandy, near Salt Lake City, before crashing into the front desk.
After the impact, he exits the vehicle, angrily declaring, “I told you mother f*ckers,” as stunned onlookers react.

While someone off-camera shouts, “Call the cops,” the man, described as thickset, removes his jacket and rolls up his sleeves, appearing ready for a confrontation.
Meanwhile, staff members scramble to ensure no one is trapped under the vehicle.
The man then steps over the dealership’s shattered front doors and storms outside, leaving behind a scene of chaos and destruction.
Employees cautiously approach the damaged Subaru Outback to assess the wreckage.
The incident, which occurred on December 9, reportedly stemmed from the man’s dissatisfaction with a car he had purchased earlier that same day.
After discovering mechanical issues, he contacted the dealership to demand a refund. However, his request was denied, as the car had been sold “as is.”
The refusal allegedly led to his threats to drive through the dealership’s entrance if he didn’t receive his money back—a promise he later carried out.
Police arrested the man shortly after the crash, and he now faces charges of felony criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.
His identity has not been released. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the ordeal.
The Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office and representatives from Tim Dahle Mazda Southtowne have been contacted for comment, but neither has issued a statement yet.
