The survey involved over 100 checks across the company’s operations, including its factory and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Barnsley. Notably, the company passed all aspects of the inspection without receiving any advisories.

Just two years ago, the company earned the ISO 45001 certification, recognising its Health & Safety Management System. The Gold Certificate reflects the progress made since then, with Capital’s management team working collectively over the past three years to maintain and elevate health and safety standards.
Capital’s safety achievements include updated risk assessments, improved method statements, and the development of safe systems of work. Regular safety inspections, enhanced signage, and comprehensive training for staff have also been part of the company’s proactive safety strategy.
