Influencer and YouTuber Leovardo Asipuro Soto, widely known online as Gordo Peruci, was tragically killed alongside his wife, Brenda Félix, in a brutal attack outside their home in Culiacán, northwestern Mexico.
The couple was ambushed around 10 p.m. on December 9, when a group of armed men opened fire.
Leovardo, aged 37, was fatally struck multiple times and died at the scene, while Brenda was rushed to the hospital in critical condition but later succumbed to her injuries.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the killings, but no arrests have been made so far. The couple leaves behind four children.
Gordo Peruci was a prominent figure in the digital space, best known for his comedic sketches and storytelling, which earned him over a million followers on TikTok, 470,000 fans on Instagram, and 172,000 subscribers on YouTube.
His humor and relatable content resonated with audiences across Mexico and beyond, cementing his reputation as a beloved entertainer.
He frequently collaborated with Marco Eduardo Castro Cárdenas, better known as Markitos Toys, another influential social media star with 4.8 million Instagram followers.
Markitos Toys recently revealed that he has fled to Cuba, claiming his businesses in Culiacán were targeted by a criminal gang, according to reports from vknews24.
