On September 26, 2024, SOUEAST Motor held a significant Global Brand Launching Ceremony in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s expansion strategy. The event showcased the brand’s new direction and introduced two key products: the Smart Premium D-class SUV S09 and the Urban Intelligent C-class SUV S07. This launch signals the beginning of SOUEAST’s ambitious global journey.
During the conference, SOUEAST revealed its new brand slogan, “EASE YOUR LIFE.” This tagline underscores the company’s dedication to incorporating a relaxed and carefree lifestyle into every aspect of its products and services. To complement this philosophy, SOUEAST is developing a new product and service framework based on three core principles: STYLISH, COMFORT, and WARM-TECH. The aim is to provide urban youth with a seamless EASE experience amid their busy lives.
In his address, Mr. Ke, Vice President of SOUEAST Motor, outlined the company’s strategic plan to broaden its international presence. He announced the establishment of three manufacturing centres and ten KD (knockdown) plants around the world, alongside ten global R&D centres. Over the next five years, SOUEAST aims to penetrate over 80 global markets and establish more than 1,500 retail outlets. This strategy reflects the company’s commitment to becoming a significant player in the global automotive industry.
The new S09 SUV is positioned as the flagship model, designed to cater to the commuting and outdoor travel needs of the modern urban elite. It boasts a luxurious appearance, spacious seven-seat configuration, and impressive driving capabilities. Alongside the S09, SOUEAST also unveiled the S09DM, a hybrid version that combines performance with environmental responsibility.
The S07 model offers flexibility with both five-seat and seven-seat options, featuring a trendy design and advanced technology. This SUV aims to deliver a comfortable and stylish travel experience tailored to younger consumers. Mr. Dai, Executive Vice President of SOUEAST Motor, emphasised that the introduction of the S09 and S07 marks SOUEAST’s formal entry into the Uzbekistan market, heralding a new chapter in the brand’s global journey. Over the next five years, the company plans to launch eleven additional products across two segments and four categories, including SUVs and sedans. This diverse lineup will encompass internal combustion engine (ICE), plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), and battery electric vehicle (BEV) models.
