A dramatic video has captured the heart-stopping moment a mother fled from an aggressive monkey while clutching her baby tightly in her arms.
The unidentified woman is seen sprinting in panic across a walkway and onto the front porch of her home, where a car is parked.
Stopping briefly, she glances back, her baby held securely in her arms, before dashing toward the door, which is safeguarded by iron gates.

The tension mounts as the monkey suddenly appears, hurtling into view at an alarming speed, clearly fixated on the mother and child.
In a frantic bid for safety, the woman grabs hold of the gate and manages to get inside just in the nick of time.
As she pushes the gate closed, the charging monkey collides with it, its face hitting the metal before it scrambles away and disappears from sight.
From the other side of the gate, the shaken mother stands frozen, one hand gripping the bars as she watches the chaotic scene unfold, her fear evident.
Fortunately, both the mother and her baby emerged unharmed, safe within the confines of their home.
Since being uploaded on November 19, the footage has garnered over 410,000 views, according to vknews24.
The incident was caught on a security camera mounted in the corner of the porch at a residence in Malaysia.
The reason behind the monkey’s aggressive pursuit remains unclear, as does its origin. Following the failed attack, the animal reportedly retreated, seemingly accepting that its pursuit had come to an end.
