I Maintain I Did Not Act Inappropriately at Any Point Before, During, or After a Professional Bodywork Treatment Session, Nor Have I Ever Been Told I Am Unwelcome at Any Massage Therapy Provider. These Claims Are Simply Not True.

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker has vehemently denied allegations of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior leveled against him by 16 massage therapists. In an exclusive statement to OutKick, Tucker maintained his innocence, stating, "I maintain I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment session, nor have I ever been told I am unwelcome at any massage therapy provider. These claims are simply not true." The accusations, which span from 2012 to 2016, were first reported by The Baltimore Banner in January, with the number of accusers growing to 16. Tucker and his legal team, led by attorney Joe Terry of Williams & Connolly, have denied all allegations and are determined to clear his name.

Tucker expressed his devastation over the accusations, stating that he has spent the past four weeks reflecting on every interaction he has had with bodywork professionals over the past 13 years. He emphasized that he has never intended to disrespect anyone, cross any boundaries, or make anyone feel uncomfortable. "It devastates me to know that anyone I have worked with would not have felt respected and valued as a professional, but more importantly as a person, and to anyone who has felt otherwise, I am sorry," Tucker said. He also committed to ensuring that everyone he interacts with feels respected and cared for as a human being.

The allegations against Tucker have sparked an NFL investigation, with league investigators speaking to some of the accusers in Baltimore. While the Ravens have not commented on the matter, general manager Eric DeCosta described the allegations as "serious and concerning" at the NFL Combine. Tucker’s legal team has provided evidence to refute the claims, including sworn declarations from the owners of the Ritz-Carlton spa, where one of the accusers worked. The declarations dispute the allegations, and Tucker’s tax documents reportedly show him attending various salons well after the alleged misconduct. In one instance, Tucker’s counsel noted that he attended 14 sessions at The QG salon in downtown Baltimore after an alleged incident, with one accuser describing it as "a pleasure working with you" in an email when Tucker canceled his membership.

Tucker’s wife, Amanda, has also come to his defense, calling the allegations "false" and expressing her full support for her husband. "The false allegations against Justin have caused so much hurt to our family. I believe my husband, and I love and support him fully," she said in a statement to OutKick. The couple has frequently scheduled couples’ massage sessions, with Amanda recommending several of the salons where the alleged incidents occurred. Despite the accusations, Tucker remains committed to his profession and the importance of bodywork in maintaining his health and athletic performance. He emphasized that he has always treated massage therapists with respect and professionalism, and many have become close friends.

The legal team representing most of Tucker’s accusers has declined to comment on the evidence presented by Tucker’s attorneys, stating that they represent only the affected therapists, not the spa owners. Meanwhile, Tucker’s lawyers have pointed out inconsistencies in the accusations, such as a promotional photo of Tucker on the website of Studio 921, a now-closed spa where he was allegedly banned. The photo remained on the site until the spa closed in 2023. Tucker’s legal team argues that this contradicts claims that he was banned from the establishment.

In his full statement, Tucker reflected on his time in Baltimore, expressing his love and respect for the community and his commitment to treating everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect. He described the allegations as "shocking and heart-breaking" and reiterated his dedication to clearing his name. Tucker’s case remains ongoing, with the NFL investigation continuing to unfold. As the situation progresses, both Tucker and his accusers await a resolution that will determine the future of his career and reputation.
