The retail mall, hotel, serviced apartments, and multi-storey carpark will be seamlessly integrated with the RTS station and the Johor Bahru immigration complex. Construction is set to begin in March 2023, with an estimated completion timeline of eight years.

Phased Development: Ensuring Timely Delivery

The development has been meticulously planned to ensure a phased delivery, aligning with the operational timeline of the RTS Link. The first phase will focus on the multi-storey carpark, which will offer 1,550 car lots and over 1,000 motorcycle lots. A portion of these parking spaces—approximately 850 car lots and all motorcycle lots—is expected to be ready by November 30, 2026, coinciding with the commencement of RTS Link operations. The subsequent phases will see the completion of serviced apartments, retail outlets, and a health and wellness hub by the first quarter of 2033. This strategic phasing ensures that critical infrastructure is in place to support the initial operations of the transit system.
