Shopper Shocked to Find Hidden Camera in Changing Room

Leidy Camargo was in the middle of trying on clothes in a Bogotá shopping center when she noticed something unusual on the floor of her changing room.

To her shock, it was a mobile phone—and worse, the front-facing camera appeared to be actively recording.

Acting quickly, Leidy grabbed her own phone to document the unsettling discovery.

Her footage clearly captured the phone lying on the floor, seemingly positioned to record whoever was inside.

Wasting no time, she alerted store employees, prompting security and police to get involved.

Determined to identify the person responsible, Leidy scanned the store and eventually noticed a young boy whom she suspected of placing the phone in her fitting room. She confronted him while he was with his family, which led to a heated exchange.

However, when authorities checked the device in question, they found no recordings of Leidy, leaving them with no concrete evidence to take further action.

The incident took place on March 1 at a shopping center in Bogotá, Colombia, as reported by vknews24.

While the lack of evidence meant no charges were filed, the unsettling encounter raised concerns about privacy and security in public spaces.
