Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair claims she gave birth to Elon Musk’s 13th child

In a bombshell revelation that has sent shockwaves through both the media and the public, conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair has come forward with the claim that Elon Musk, the billionaire CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, and other ventures, is the father of her five-month-old child. St. Clair, a children’s book author and former contributor to the satirical news site The Babylon Bee, made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter), a platform owned by Musk, where she has amassed a significant following of over 1.1 million users. In her statement, St. Clair explained that she had kept the pregnancy and birth private to protect her child’s privacy and safety but felt compelled to speak out after learning that tabloid media was planning to break the story regardless of the potential harm it could cause. She expressed her desire to allow her child to grow up in a "normal and safe environment" and called on the media to respect their privacy and avoid invasive reporting.
Musk, who is currently leading President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has not directly responded to the allegations. However, when a user on X shared a 2020 exchange in which St. Clair appeared to criticize Musk for having multiple children and "going through women pretty fast," Musk replied with a simple "Whoa." St. Clair quickly addressed Musk directly, stating that she and Musk had been trying to communicate for several days without success. She urged him to respond privately rather than engaging with public attacks from others. Meanwhile, St. Clair’s spokesperson, Brian Glicklich, released a statement on her behalf, confirming that the two had been working on a private agreement regarding the child’s upbringing. Glicklich expressed disappointment that a tabloid reporter had disrupted their efforts to keep the process confidential and called on Musk to acknowledge his role as a parent publicly to end unwarranted speculation. He emphasized that St. Clair trusts Musk to finalize the agreement quickly, prioritizing the child’s well-being and security.
Over the weekend, Musk remained active on X, posting about unrelated topics such as DOGE’s recent court victory, updates on SpaceX, and the launch of his new Grok artificial intelligence system. His silence on the matter has only fueled further speculation and public interest. St. Clair, however, has chosen to engage with the media, inviting the New York Post into her luxury New York City apartment for an exclusive interview and photo shoot. During the interview, she detailed her alleged relationship with Musk, stating that they first connected on X in 2023. She claimed that Musk’s team arranged for her to meet him in person at Twitter headquarters in San Francisco after she was contacted by Seth Dillon, the CEO of The Babylon Bee. According to St. Clair, Musk texted her after their meeting, asking if she wanted to join him in Providence, Rhode Island, that same night. She alleged that their relationship led to her pregnancy, but she was instructed to keep it a secret, isolate herself during her pregnancy, and refrain from discussing it publicly.
St. Clair further claimed that Musk provided financial support during her pregnancy, covering the $40,000 monthly rent for her Manhattan apartment and arranging for a security detail. However, she stated that their relationship ended, leaving her to navigate the challenges of motherhood alone. The New York Post reported that they had seen text messages purportedly between St. Clair and Jared Birchall, Musk’s money manager and CEO of Neuralink, which appear to corroborate her claims. St. Clair described feeling isolated and pressured to keep the pregnancy hidden, even from her colleagues and friends. “I was told to keep it secret. I was being asked to keep it a secret forever,” she told the Post. “I was completely isolated during my pregnancy. Every part of my career and everything I used to do I couldn’t do anymore. I was told not to tell anybody.”
Musk, who has been vocal about the importance of increasing birth rates in the West, is no stranger to headlines about his personal life and family. He has 12 other known children from previous relationships, including twins and triplets with his ex-wife Justine Wilson, and additional children with musician Grimes and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. His children’s names often reflect his interests in technology and space, such as X Æ A-Xii, whom he recently brought to the Oval Office during a televised meeting with Trump. Despite his personal life being in the spotlight, Musk has not yet addressed St. Clair’s claims directly, leaving both his followers and the media wondering how he plans to respond.
As the situation continues to unfold, St. Clair’s decision to go public has sparked a wider conversation about privacy, media scrutiny, and the challenges of raising a child in the public eye. Whether or not Musk acknowledges the claims, the story has already highlighted the complexities of balancing personal life with public image, particularly for high-profile figures like Musk. For now, St. Clair remains focused on her child’s well-being and safety, hoping to shield them from the chaos of the media storm that has ensued.
